I reckon about 4 weeks. I use it probably 4/5 times a week, it’s a nice little ten minute chill out before bed. I read a load of reviews on skincare pages before taking the plunge, as agreed, lot of cash for a potential gimmick!

I do! I have the current body one and it’s definitely helped improve redness. I can’t help with the second bit, but if you use regularly enough I think they’re good.
