The Constellation is the second release in Hanna Mattes' ongoing musical-poetic project. This piece inhabits the liminal space between waking and sleeping. It is less a song than a constellation: a moment of permission, a recognition of protection, an invitation to step toward what has been guarded.
The Kunstwerkhalle, a former car workshop converted into an art exhibition space, retains the unique atmosphere of its past while providing a sprawling, inspiring environment. This setting was the perfect backdrop for the performance, allowing the musicians to give full expression to their music.
