Goddamn how do I get hired to be a monster designer for a game that wants to be Better Than Pokemon, not only do I have so many ideas but I'd love to be able to play a game that doesn't feel like they're trying to get me to play it because it's like "we got Pokemon at home"
One of the weird mental blocks I have is that I simply cannot see my face more beautiful with make up. Even the thought of letting someone else put make up on me makes me feel both uncomfortable and a clown. And it's frustrating because that is one of the only ways I could improve my looks, and yet.

this is so good. we all want our pain to translate and transcend into art, but the truth is that art remains a craft. you cannot escape the work, nor the failure. there are no shortcuts. you tear yourself apart in search of epiphanies. the toil is where the art comes from.
My values are that I'm an alive being and that I'm an okay artist when I do draw. Anything else is debatable at best, and I'm the only one who can change that but I just don't know how. Yippee. Wohoo.
Feeling small and worthless. Remembering all the things said and done as if to keep myself where I belong. I wish there was some part of me I could present proudly which is not related to productivity, but I suppose this feeling is what I deserve.
