My wife never believes how much food our family eats now w/ a teen & almost 11yo son who eats like one. E.g. she bought a bunch of bananas on Sat. morning, told me not to buy any more. I bought another bunch anyway that afternoon & by Tues morning we're down to our last banana already! Kids can eat!

Almost tripping and falling while looking at my phone made me stop and appreciate the setting sun for a minute though, So I took what I thought was a kind of neat photo looking down the train tracks

Meant to say NOT sure it'll do as intended! Kind of think we'll fight more for limited resources.

My university will be an interesting case study for this- we're consolidating to 2 colleges from 4, supposedly in part to reduce gatekeeping/siloing & get folks across disciplines to talk or work together, as well as cost saving etc. But sure if it'll do as intended or increase our competitiveness.

My son's craft project from 3 months ago, that still sits on the corner of our piano, startles me for a second like once a week, as I go through the house late at night turning off lights and locking doors.

Don't recall if there's a chocolate flavor? But definitely lots of cherry, lime, orange etc. That I think are very good in ginger ale or mellow yellow. My kids create some pretty potent mixed soda flavors as well, basically a squirt or two of nearly everything in the machine.

I think this is part of it for sure, just a lot going on so less motivation to share new research. Also, not sure many are great at using hashtags to post to different feeds and such, so maybe related posts from conferences or specific topics are harder to find?

Don't know that I could avoid them if I tried! Lots of places around here seem to have them, but I've usually had pretty good experiences I guess basically adding fruit flavors mostly to diet mellow yellow or diet ginger ale.

Less so only working from home one day now, but definitely have a morning yogurt or two and a post workout evening yogurt (or sometimes I mix a couple to create fun flavor combos 😄)

I can eat 3 or 4 yogurts a day, this way; My wife is always amazed how much yogurt we go through!

Taking a walk at 730pm with a little daylight actually left (even though I stumbled trying to send a skeet at the same time)? Real nice.

So @shezcrafti.com turned me onto these giant stackable Halloween Lego Head storage boxes that are great for storing random stuff, and fit in as part of the decor too. I love the zombie. They hold a lot but not too much so keep me in check a bit!

Did a little research to update some slides on caffeine products for my class & help students w/ some upcoming conference presentations.
Here's a couple phrases/products I hadn't heard about until now:
"caffeinated instant ramen" and "boost noodles."
