One of the best films I've ever seen. If you haven't seen it yet, you def should. Gore and beauty. Cruelty and humanity. I've seen it about 10 times.

My hubby agreed w me that Bugonia has a very "Gummo" design. Seeing it on a big TV instead of my phone screen I caught a lot of stuff. Lighting, mis en scene, set design. It's fun to bake films (not conspiracy baking like film nerd baking)

I had a lot of fun designing more Star Wars style dresses, got all of my GIMP patterns & Sims files copied for the other laptop. I've been super tired lately so only about 25 min exercise & I needed a nap earlier.

Well the two films do kinda share a similar scene....

I've been getting into trickier designs. I took a plain mannequin that comes w the game & I've been doing different styles to dress it

And then you start to look back & you realize it was an interstitial period. It can only be understood in hindsight but at least we have the clarity of that. I'm proud to know you love you 💞

I am really happy with how this is coming out. Obviously I stole the image of Amidalla's patterns but the plain red part I did by hand with paint and blur tool and I love it

It takes time for true change to set in. That decisive moment "I'm not X anymore" takes time to really mean something. From the time I stopped believing to the time I started improving was about 3-4 yrs. This doesn't mean you've failed. It means you're growing.

I was able to go back & get 30 mins all alone (when I'm alone I turn the lights off bc I hate lights) and it was timed perfectly I got to see ending of Bugonia 2nd time

The film Bugonia takes place in GA. At the very end, I caught an homage to Walking Dead: Atlanta skyline w cars crashed on the hwy as the camera pulls back. Thought you would appreciate this if you didn't already know
