“One thing about you is that I know growing out your bangs is your ‘getting bangs’ - I always know you’re going through shiiiit when I see it.” - A Friend 😂

I had trouble too when I originally set mine up during beta testing. Definitely still some kinks to work out!

I made separate accounts, one for visuals and one for text-based. I’ll delete one of them probably, whichever one I use least. Or keep both if it works out. Who knows!

The Indian mallow (Abutilon indicum) is a delicate, five-petaled flower that radiates warmth with its golden-yellow hue, often with a subtle orange undertone near the center. Its petals are thin, slightly crinkled, and spread open like a sunlit lantern, revealing a cluster of deep reddish-brown stamens at the core. The flower’s shape resembles that of a small hibiscus, with a soft, almost translucent texture. Surrounding the bloom, the velvety green leaves—heart-shaped with serrated edges—add contrast, their fine hairs catching the light.

I somehow never saw a Painted Indian Mallow flower until this weekend... also called a Chinese Lantern flower, which really makes sense because it has a papery feel and beautiful painting inside. I'm impressed. I love that it symbolizes meditation and I now want one of these by my studio windows...
