howard and the other crew of the tv studio do lots of anonomous whiteboard marker questions, jokes and riddles on the mirror portion of the elivator
and as howard leaves he sees a joke ridden on the wall and he partakes
Bb opens the door for her, she is partly coverd in darkness with the part visible looking fine until she enters and the glow of the tv static reveals the open skull
Crumbeling brain filled with 100's of glimmering black magget like worms
And a glowing red eye with a warped sharp smile
Bb cant really see her from the window besides part of the kimono
He then opens the mail slot slipping her hand throw and bb recognizes the ring and her hospital sticky braselet with her name on it
(Its also a reference to the story of the wolf and the 7 goats story)
Its a creepy storm weather too
Howling wind and distant thunder
Ratteling leafs and hail like rain
Bb has bin left alone for a while too so the
Weather, his grandmother crying upstairs and the glow of the tv has him tensed up with fear
Bb has bin largely left out of his aunt debilitating mental health with the reinsurance that she will come back to watch the rest of his movies with him
He hears her voice coming from the door
Hes glad shes here but somethings off with her voice and her eye is only visible from the door window
