(for anyone seeing me pop off) im by definition atheist but always loved learning about religion esp the various denominations of christianity that originated from the US. the LDS church (mormons) happen to be the most unique and interesting imo

the square (L shape, for being exact in following the covenants) compass (V shape, for being guided to eternal life) across the chest and line over the knee (every knee will bend to Jesus Christ) lacks pizzazz.

yep! 😊 the symbols have been there at the beginning and all have special meanings - though historically the line on the navel symbolises disemboweling for those who revealed the sacred secrets. this is not in modern doctrine as it's not very marketable (creepy and weird)
