Day 3 of the honey sensory workshop. We are pairing cheeses with different honeys!
I've been lucky enough to attend a honey sensory workshop this week. So many different tastes and aromas! To anyone who thinks "honey is honey", you don't know what you're missing!
Do stop me if anyone has already suggested this, but I would love to see a complete boycott of the Marsden Fund in 2025 as a means of protesting the cutting of the HumSocSci panel. Would be fab if the sciences could stand in solidarity with our social science whanau.
