all the characters have such interesting and silly descriptions throughout the whole series! apparently its thing is giving all the intruders backstories so that they make you feel a little bad for killing them lol

i really like how you can hear the shift to keiichi okabe's musical direction in drakengard 2's ost and all the little elements (especially in twilight hill and symphonic poem) that he would later implement in drakengard 3 and nier's soundtracks

no one understands how excited i am for this

it makes me sad that people are so quick to dismiss this game just because yoko taro wasn't involved in it (he was in some of it) and i think it's worth giving it a try regardless because there are other people who put so much effort and work into it as well

despite not matching drakengard 1 it was still fun and had significant upgrades that made the gameplay alot better and it's easy to see how alot of it served as groundwork for later games especially when it comes to the combat and the shift towards nier's musical direction
