I definitely have to start doing something differently. I think I'll have to re-approach art again. My friends are in a different time zone so it's hard to chat with them, they have ocs but I don't - it's hard to connect with them again, so I think I have to learn how to draw more for myself now.

I heard that having a friend at an equal skill level as a rival in art helps a lot with motivation too. You can constantly try to do better than the other person >:) I used to have some friends to draw together, but then I had to focus on my studies for a couple years and now I am falling behind.

Oof your sister is so talented! I can imagine it must've been pretty tough having someone so close to you being so good at what they do. In my case I am actually the big sister XD I have a little sister 6 years younger who also took a liking to drawing, but she started a lot later than me :P

- and I would be even more sad and regretful if I reached that point and realized that I wasted all that time making something I'm not even proud of :(

Aw that's really nice! You mentioning that you are working towards a dream comic as a goal for the future makes me think about my own. I do have a couple of projects I want to do, some more artistically demanding than others, -
