I can not think of a single way tests at KS3 would be useful to pupils. Any offers?
Agree 100%- each year we have built in more time for depts and PPA. Having some time as a whole staff is important to create and reinforce our ‘common purpose’. It is a challenge to get the balance right.
I have just taken the plunge from X - it’s like finding the new bar where all your friends are hanging out 😊. I’m more of a reader than a poster - sooo nice to scroll, read and engage without wading through crap. Ta-ta X.
