I called my local Chili's and said I wasn't buying from them any more because the chain fired trans people for being trans. It's food service. Trans doesn't matter to food service.
I'm gonna miss their bacon swiss burger and fries, though. I used to get that once a week.

I've tried them all. Chili's was the only one who did both burger and fries well. I just called my local Chili's and told them why I won't be ordering from them any more. (I used to get that burger once every week or two.)

@kithrup.bsky.social Don't know if you've seen "Paradise" (or if you even have access to Disney+ Hulu), but I just watched episode 1 and it has interesting vibes. I was wondering what you thought. I'm definitely gonna watch more until they break it.

There was a bit in #Babylon5 I liked, when the Minbari Warrior caste and Religious caste ended the civil war, and the leaders of the two warring sides had to stand in a circle and be immolated. Whoever stayed in the circle and died, THEIR side would get to make the new rules.
I'd like that.

Yeah, the RUC wouldn't have liked that very much.
