This study, in conjunction with the Kimley Horn engineering feasibility analysis conducted in 2023, now means we have everything needed to move forward with burying the rails, healing the east-west divide, and igniting a new generation of transportation in the state of Utah
Today we are excited to announce the release of the Rio Grande Plan Economic Impact Analysis. In partnership with the Jon M. Huntsman school of business at Utah State University. This Analysis proves that the Rio Grande Plan can in fact recoup its costs, and then some!
