I find this latest Trump move fascinating. New US administration is attacking a tool the US has been the most prolific user of: extraterritoriality (i.e. when a gov applies its laws abroad). At the same time, it is sign of what Trump bargaining will look like. Quick thread: on.ft.com/4apbciA
