There is more than enough evidence out to prove that Covid can damage your immune system. If you have had Covid and come in contact with the slightes bug or virus your chances of getting it are much higher. Take my self as an example Coivd has clearly damaged my immune system.

Feeling a heck of a lot better today other than some achness and my normal long Covid head. However whatever I had now my dad has it. I'll have a video update of some sort later on.
