@lewisgoodall.com interesting listening to your piece on social media and your observation about smart phones. My eldest was born in 1988 and the issues simply by having a mobile were bad enough but fast forward to my grand daughter (now 18) and grooming/county lines you name it.
I got the cancellation email telling me my contract would end on the 1st July and then they kept restarting parts of it, cancelling again and when my final bill arrived they still had BT sports! They kept saying it would have to wait for the next billing period to correct so it was months
Good luck with it, I spent approx 10 hours cancelling my last contract in July, absolutely useless
