I'd lost a bike too long ago (outside but chained) as a student, but I was especially stupid because that was at a university. It's best to store it inside; a chain is only a deterrent and decreases in effectiveness with time, so its use is limited to temporary parking, not even overnight storage

One of the CDs was a recording of Car Seat Headrest's Twin Fantasy that I hadn't heard before, and I drove up to Twin Peaks to listen to the entirety of it this afternoon, like hearing the album for the first time again.

Among various places in the city that I went to with critters yesterday was Amoeba Music, where I found a couple CDs from two of my favorite bands.

Later in the evening we stopped at an ice cream shop to split a banana split between each other. Along the walk along wet streets we passed a house heavily decorated for Valentine's Day.

Had a tasty lunch with Flint and a group of other creatures yesterday, including biscuits and gravy and cornbread with jalapeno jam. The jalapeno jam was sweet with a little heat and it paired nicely with the subtle sweetness of the cornbread.
