It sounds cliche but eating more protein and carbs!! You have to also make sure you’re eating in the morning and drinking protein shakes breakfast is super important. And I’ve been taking apetamin syrup and sometimes the pills and it helped me gain. The one I seen the most results from is this one⬇️.
