Beagles โ€” The shame of a nation of dog lovers The UK's beagle testing industry weaponises the trust of puppies for profit. We must name these killers and close the cages.

There's only 2 countries in the world with illegal unchecked Nuclear Weapons.

North Korea and Israel.

One of these countries has attacked 9 countries in the last 2 years and is committing a genocide.

It isn't North Korea.

FACTS:

Net Zero barely nudges your bill.

Fossilโ€‘fuel wars send it through the roof.

So when Farage and his ilk slags off renewables while fanning conflict, remember who actually hikes your costs.

Wow. What a brave woman. Iโ€™ve not been aware of her before, and have no idea where she stands on other issues, but that took real guts in the face of Labour using victims of sexual assault as a shield against their appalling proposals.

The backbenchers do seem to be finding their own voices and rebelling against the government

Wouldn't that be crazy given they just voted the Tory one down?

An amendment doesn't become good just because a different party is proposing it

The government bill that would have stopped under 16 people using social media has also been defeated.

This would have only been able to implement with compulsory age verification checks done by the same tech firms harvesting our data

I do wonder how much of this is because juries keep acquitting civil disobedience activists such as Palestine Action

With the price of oil and gas in the new today...

Says a lot that the only good thing you can think of is Labour defeating a bill when they are the government xD

The last person to seriously threaten the US establishment was John F Kennedy... Just saying ๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿ‘€

In the WECA mayoral election, the independent went around street markets getting the business owners to nominate him and then he used that as part of his campaigning which seemed smart

He also funded his deposit(ยฃ5k I think? Which he lost) by taking his pension early though so not so smart

Global economy must stop pandering to โ€˜frivolous desires of ultra-richโ€™, says UN expert Olivier De Schutter says new economic agenda needed to tackle crises of rising inequality and ecological collapse

Global economy must not pander to โ€œfrivolous and destructive demands of the ultra-richโ€.

They fund political parties, profit from socially and ecologically destructive growth.

UK example - deregulation, regressive taxation, concentration of wealth, inequalities, sewage in rivers.

The fact someone might be willing to nominate but not vote is just wild but maybe you're right

"You recognise.. if a school was targeted that would constitute a breach of intl law?"

David Lammy: "This is a febrile war zone"

"That doesn't excuse hitting schools.."

"... its for the Americans to comment on what's happened there"

So you've never commented on Russian war crimes, right?

Lammy is asked if UK forces are attacking sites in Iran. He confirms that yes, if we anticipate being attacked by Iran, we can attack sites there

See how it works. We 'defensively' stop Iran retaliating after being attacked by the US/Israel, they respond so we start bombing them

Don't you need more than 2 nominations to be a candidate? ๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿ‘€

Sure, but we can focus on working together where we agree and oppose each other when we don't

Isn't that what politics is supposed to be about?

I'd also add drug reform and repealing anti-protest legislation to list of things we can work together on

I think it's because most people give an impression that they would find this unacceptable (because it is) so they never get invited to those groups

I'm not sure the right are misreading this... It's just they have to keep their paymasters how rather than just the general public

Not true, Polanski interviewed George Monbiot the other day.

Most people understand we care about the environment but they didn't know our other policies so now we're shining a light on our other policies

We'll do our best ๐Ÿซก๐Ÿซก I think PR especially will be up there high on the list of priorities of a Green government but also things like media reform

Mostly because most people don't know what they stand for

I think the real story is that despite all the scare stories about the Greens, there isn't a big group voting against them

I've listened to your criticism of the @greenparty.org.uk here, I think their position is pretty good.

Our country is not made safe by Iranian schools being bombed. .That will create more asylum seekers.

How is Iran supposed to be defend itself if we assist the US to destroy the missile launchers?

Starmer didn't have different principles six years ago. He was trying to win the Labour leadership and was lying.
