The wake up call - was the Waikato DHB breach - and no one did shit.
This could have been prevented - but spending health dollars on cyber security is not 'sexy'. HealthNZ should be checking the security for all organisations that use APIs to connect to their data - in any way. Or set minimum standards or SOMETHING, so that these private enterprises are incentivised

I have a customer, who hates my guts, because she didn't like the fact I told her the product she wanted wasn't a good fit for them. She trialled it, it wasn't a good fit, blamed me cos she wasted her time trialling a product that wasn't a good fit. Now she wants another free trial, vendor agreed...
