Honestly, workingnon this in spurts and not all day long is strangely helpful. Usually I'm able to plug away, but I think work has ruined that for now. I think once I have his clothes squared away, I'll be able to buckle down more and make things look nice.

So yeah, just letting you guys know I am still alive, my want to art is there, the drive is not. Just keep bearing with me.
Who knows, maybe I could actually turn to streaming? It all depends. I feel like my brain just turns itself off most of the time, and it's hard to actually think straight. I'm just so tired of the burnout and the stress, and the politcal bs plaguing our country.
And thanks to my boss being a whipcracker, my anxiety is through the roof and it follows me ANYWHERE. So despite the ever tanking economy, I'm hoping over the summer I can find something less stressful and where I'm not heavy lifting for two hours. Food service is not fun, I want OUT.
The only "good news" is soon it will be Summer Vacation as of May. As of this post, it's the end of Spring Break. I am strongly hoping I'll have more of a drive by then, and I can do what I wanted to do over Winter Break (my Clove had cancer, and that took up half the break).
Hey gang, just wanna apologize for the inactivity. The job at the college I have destroys me on a daily basis, more physically than mentally, but the latter aspect still occurs. I'm constantly left drained, and I have very little drive for art or anything, really.
I dunno why I'm struggling so much trying to draw him. I have two other pieces I can't bring myself to finish, it feels like something isn't right or missing, and I'm in the sketch stage still (maybe it's my lack of confidence with the clothing, I suck at clothes and humanoids).
Been trying to draw Prototype from Poppy Playtime, this one loosely based on Whitney Miller's design, and various 1960s jack-in-the-boxes.
