After seeing the sun roll up in the sky all day, I saw it set announcing a new week coming soon. May we find no noses floating anywhere. May we set as peacefully as the sun. It gently makes room for stars to shine at night. May we all be like the sun and let others shine this week too. We got this!

Tonight the world loses one of its most talented and brightest pop-music composer and singer. Famous for 70s hits like “Laughter In The Rain” and “Love Will Keep Us Together”, he will also be remembered for “Breaking Up Is Hard To Do”. RIP Neil Sedaka.

At a molecular scale, we divide over and over again until we become a fetus. A cone pine will divide itself until it sprouts and grows to become a well-established tree. Again, we are all connected. It also proves, once again, that the only certainty we have in this life is that all is temporary.
Whenever you need to unpack, destress or relax, find a lake to sit by. Water has this incredible grounding power. It helps you connect with the present allowing you to see things in a more clear way.
