A dear friend of mine who lives up north sent me this picture. Originally it was upside down. I put it upwards and the image just transformed. It made me happy. 😊 That’s how we should live. Happily.

I earned a concentration in photojournalism and learned to love watching life unravel before my eyes. I’m 57 years old, learning to live again after becoming a widower. Looking for friends in the Jacksonville, FL, area. I took the photos you will see here.

Bye weekend.
I see you 👀.
Last stroll before Monday.
Some days we need to look harder than others. And it is right under our noses 👃. 😉 😊
Searching for light ☀️.
Floating azaleas 🌺.
Remember … beauty is in the eye of the beholder! 😉😉😉
Friday …
That moment before everything changes.
I got stuck for a few seconds too until I saw the tea bag. 😂😂😂
After seeing the sun roll up in the sky all day, I saw it set announcing a new week coming soon. May we find no noses floating anywhere. May we set as peacefully as the sun. It gently makes room for stars to shine at night. May we all be like the sun and let others shine this week too. We got this!
Freedom with a capital F.
Find a treasure hidden in plain sight. 😊
See how a log may be dead but still provides an environment suitable for life? It will nurture life even when it no longer has any. Nature shows us daily lessons if we’re only able to see them and learn. Have a great weekend. 😊👋
Tonight the world loses one of its most talented and brightest pop-music composer and singer. Famous for 70s hits like “Laughter In The Rain” and “Love Will Keep Us Together”, he will also be remembered for “Breaking Up Is Hard To Do”. RIP Neil Sedaka.

Somewhere in Georgia a heart beats gratefully when another day is done.
Cheers! 😊☕️
At a molecular scale, we divide over and over again until we become a fetus. A cone pine will divide itself until it sprouts and grows to become a well-established tree. Again, we are all connected. It also proves, once again, that the only certainty we have in this life is that all is temporary.
Whenever you need to unpack, destress or relax, find a lake to sit by. Water has this incredible grounding power. It helps you connect with the present allowing you to see things in a more clear way.
Tree trunk facing another day in the woods. 😉
How many worlds do you see in your world?
Probably! 😊👍
Tree trunk.
Fire truck 🚒 putting out no fire 🔥. That’s a Monday for you! 😊👍
😂 😂 Portuguese is my first language. Good to know I may reason with a hungry shark. 😂 😂
Happy Monday. 😊
New day. New week. New you? Be flexible. By entertaining other thoughts and considering other points of view, other ways of solving issues, we become better informed, smarter individuals. As a result, we experience emotional growth. Have a productive day. 😊👍☕️☕️☕️
