Blue galaxy with two spiral arms. Very thin and likely in the process of merging.

Comet with a spiraling tail.
Same comet in orange.
Comet 63P/Wild with #JWST NIRCam (left F430M, right F356W+F430M).
It was discovered in 1960 by Paul Wild and is a periodic comet.

Nice!
An orange jet consisting out of clumps coming from the nucleus. The jet has a bent on it. The host galaxy is blue and is an ongoing merger of two galxies. A small blue galaxy is below the main galaxy pair. Other red galaxies and a blue star are also in the image.
Merging pair of galaxies with a jet coming out from one galaxy.
3C 346 with #JWST π NIRCam (F070W, F444W).

I wish they did them in more than 2 filters, my bot skips them.
How I love those jets
I see the target name and all I can think of is:
Apateu, Apateu πΆ

Nice find.

not in SIMBAD
Yes, I see the similarity, my concept of proplyds was more of cocoon shape
Wtfπ ? Cool, do they say what this is?

Basically, yes. It is advised to accredit NASA, ESA, CSA STScI and the PI of current program if you want to stay friends with everybody.

a snapshot of the news page with cards containing preview images and some info for each
The gray images are preview material provided by STScI. My news page shows them; you can right-click on the image and then "open image..." to download straight from there.

The official images got 137 likes so far. My image got 6, it's fine. For color images my bot got 30 for MIRI, 57 for NIRCam, while for a grey-scale image of f187n it got 507 likes, and rising. More than ESA. IDK why.

Today I only have time for MIRI, tomorrow afternoon/evening I'll continue with Nircam and MIRI combined.
