For real! We're getting queer rep and sex in mainstream media but through a straight persons lens. Then the same people come to artists and think were weirdos for drawing porn they dont like🤔
I was feeling some kind of way about it but was having a difficult time explaining why it was frustrating to watch as someone who draws nsfw art (beyond just not really liking it ) and this perfectly captures it.
Heated Rivalry is a nuanced thing but lately the emotion that's coming out on top is that corpos are allowed to feed us sex and queerness through its eyes but my artist friends are getting their groceries snatched out of their hands by those same entities
