They're extremely similar. View it as learning gdscript if that's what you're actually wanting to use, with the bonus that any future python work would be easier to pick up. Some syntax is different, but they're so similar that I wouldn't worry which one to learn first ^.^

Finished filming for about 3 hours. Tried making a bunch of videos. In the end, got about 12 minutes of a single video I'm pretty happy with. Take heart, filmographers! Just push through. Surely something's gonna be useable eventually
