But I played for years at Toy Stuttgart till it closed. And occasionally (maybe 2 or 3 times per year) at Proton till about three years ago. But now, especially in the summer, my brother makes "underground" techno events where I mostly play.
Well the last mix was from youth culture house Linde where I play very often, or always when there is something special. And fridays or saturdays (depends on mood and guests) there are two small clubs, about 100 meters from where I live. So I grab my equipment and visit my old friends. ;)

This went since a few years already. I always wondered who is pushing the hard tech community so hard here, even if the people really dont like it. The guests always came from the same town Aachen and always the same people. Now i know.
Crappy music, unexperienced DJs and every saturday the same few guests. Now the true community will hopefully get back an maybe i will get my schedule and my place back.
Lets see what the bext weeks and months will bring.

From this week no more hardtech. The PLUR collective hard techno kids group is finally dropped.

Oooh i know this feeling. Was playing at Toy Stuttgart and from one moment to another the club was empty. Even the barmaid was gone. Stopped playing, thoght there was an emergency. Got out and seen a massive crowd at the Proton that is the direct neighbour. Turned out Takkyu Ishono was there 😭
I use their soft and hardware since the first days of the company.
They made the big mistake to not develop the KONTROL S8 further and to make a true successor to the S8. Should have focused on mixers as their software (Traktor) is simply genius.
And I don´t want to buy the Alpha Theta crap.
