Great point! I've had excellent teaching partnerships lately 😊, so my focus was on research. Often, the product (e.g. papers) takes over, and the collaborative learning process—focused on exchange and growth—can get overlooked, which can limit the deeper, more enriching aspects of the collaboration

We need to have deeper conversations about the care of elderly individuals. It’s essential to recognize the immense burden placed on families and their role in providing support. Balancing caregiving with personal well-being is a challenge that deserves more attention and understanding.
