It's so bad we've -walked backwards- in terms of progress, are entirely compromised as both a nation and as a people, and we have nothing to lean on other selfishness.

Almost -all- of our struggles as a country have come from our own ineptitude for disaster and violence. We set ourselves up constantly, and it's on purpose because The System Is Working As Intended *TM.

We have -barely- taken steps to reflect internally and work on ourselves as a people.

I'm also educated enough to know that -nobody- has really liked us for a ton of our history. We were often seen as violent and barbaric, and completely infatuated with our own inflated egos. We were founded on genocide, and made it our business to capitulate on the suffering of others globally.

The only people who think the US was great at any point are people who have harmful, outdated, bigotted views and liberals who weren't affected by the systems of society that have oppressed, harmed, and destroyed countless lives of non-white, LGBTQ, and people who aren't men.

I was in a 2 hour briefing today on the Iran War. All the briefings are closed, because Trump can't defend this war in public.

I obviously can't disclose classified info, but you deserve to know how incoherent and incomplete these war plans are.

Well you know. Its very interesting being 3 or 4 military conflicts in while under the control of a bunch of men who raped children and constantly bitched about how women were too emotional to lead.

It's funny because if you read military history it's littered with the corpses of empires led by racist people who vastly underestimated their enemy's ability to retaliate. It's not even a rarity it just happens constantly because impulsive bigots are stupid and aren't good at planning ahead
