Omg yes I heard PT is so important. I had some PT at the hospital yesterday but it was way too soon after surgery and I almost vomited and had to stop. But they’ll help me again today which will be better, and she was lovely and helped me understand how to use my crutches.

Thank you!!!!! It was actually ACL reconstruction, so eventually being able to walk again will be lifechanging. I’m so keen to play DDR again!!!
