Hiccup's Wing Gliders was my favorite coaster, followed by Stardust Racers (recent tragedy aside). Ministry is good, but not worth a multi-hour wait.
Lower number here, but I, too, am on the full sized candy bar train. It ultimately costs about what a meal out does - and it's money much better spent this way.
