Starting Sunday, March 8, Route 80 will turn back at Glendale Industrial Park near Green Bay & Florist on the north end, instead of ending at Good Hope & Teutonia.

All the stops in between those two points are just estimates...there is no early or late within those points. Then, once you know the scheduled times, you can use the Umo app for reference based on real-time estimates. Does that help? (2/2)
Treat the schedule like your guiding light, not the Umo app. To plan your trip from 6th and National, you must look at the scheduled times at the timepoints on either side of your stop (aka 1st & National and Layton & National). (1/2)
Furthermore, just because 6th and National is a major intersection on other routes doesn't mean it's a major intersection on the 18. Here are the timepoints for the 18. These are the only locations where the bus must match the schedule.
We’re not quite sure what your concern is. The bus you mentioned was on time at its scheduled timepoints. Again, timepoints are the only stops where the bus's arrival must match the schedule. All other times are estimates between those points. This is standard practice for transit everywhere.
Please note that 6th & National is not a timepoint, so buses aren’t required to wait there to match the schedule. We appreciate you sharing your experience and hope this helps clarify the timing. (2/2)

We’re very sorry to hear about this. Waiting in the cold when you’re just trying to get where you need to go is incredibly frustrating. That’s not the experience we want for our riders. If you reply with the stop location and the time you were waiting, we’ll look into what happened with that trip.

While driving his route, MCTS Operator Latroy D. noticed a visually impaired passenger who became confused trying to cross the street. Without hesitation, Latroy got off the bus, guided the passenger safely across, and made sure they were okay. Everyday heroism looks like this! #MCTSExcellence

Your Fare...is Required Support the System Paying your fare is required every time you ride MCTS. Fares help sustain long-term service and support the community of riders who depend on transit. Access & Reliability A valid fare ensures access to the transit system and helps keep buses running on time. Polite Reminders MCTS staff and Public Safety Officers (PSOs) will remind passengers to pay their fare politely and professionally.
Your Fare...Your Responsibility Have a Valid Fare When boarding, you're expected to have a valid fare (WisGo card, Umo app, cash, or other approved payment). Show Proof if Asked Staff may ask you to show proof of your fare and make a record if you ride without paying. Respect the System Paying your fare demonstrates respect for the service and your fellow riders.
