Was getting set up to do the video for today, and I plug in my Uke...crackle...buzz...crackle. Fiddle with the 1/4" connection, clear, then...crackle...buzz...crackle...clear...crackle. I am guessing that my 1/4" jack has a bad solder joint. Need help!

It appears that Trump's State of the Union address was over one hour and forty minutes. Unfortunately, due to a mistake in the microphone placement, the Guinness Book of World Records is now investigating whether this is the world's longest case of flatulence on record.
For far too long Canada has seen itself as a vassal state of the US. It looks like the Carney Government, forced by Trump's insane foreign policy, has started to take steps in establishing itself not just as independent from the US, but as a power in its own right.

Driving in Ottawa at the moment is kind of crazy. Not only is it a snowstorm, but the wind is blowing hard, and I experienced white-out conditions on *side streets* on the way home not long ago.
