Big fan of how weirdly morbid this Beamish ad is.

So finally a weekend has arrived and Sacred Heart XIV from La DΓ©bauche can be sipped over a few hours. This freeze distilled imperial frangipane stout clocks in at an impressive 20 abv, which believe it or not is the smallest of the 4 I have tried (# XII, an eisbock, hit 26%)

Jolie collection qui nous explique quelques vies inattendues comme celles du phacosherlockholmes ou de la libellulysse. Se trouvent dedans aussi la vipèrenoël, le baleinstein ou encore le pandarwin.

Is there a term for the opposite of autological, like the word incomprehensible, which doesn't exhibit its own property?

Haven't been shooting much lately but managed to get out and run a roll of Arista 400 through the Holga a few days ago doing some double-exposures. 🎞️ #believeinfilm

Something I really like when reading Stephen King are the innocent little links from 1 story to the next. When I first read It in the 90s this 1 line reference to a '58 Plymouth Fury wouldn't have meant much. But now re-reading It not long after Christine the connection really jumps out #booksky

Trumpet facts I learned with this issue of @mojomagazine.bsky.social
1) someone who didn't play trumpet was Miles Davis. The cover CD has him playing with the Sonny Rollins quartet ON PIANO
2) someone who did play trumpet is RHCP's Flea. His 1st solo JAZZ album is out soon

New York-based photographer Eric Kogan uses shadows, reflections and fortuitous timing in order to create optical illusions in his work. β€œIt’s more of a life’s journey than a project,” he says, β€œbut if I had to describe it, it’s all about spotting unusual momen..
