I can't believe no one at grammarly was like "This might open us up to a lawsuit"

I don't know what to do with this information....
What is fascinating is how Labour is complaining that they are being called transphobic. They are still charting this path forward but they don't like being called out because of it. They want to be seen as "level headed" or "moderate" as they attack the trans community.
The Cass Review had an awful methodology and a disregard for the physical well being and mental health of transgender youth and it has been used internationally to attack transgender care. This will be the same. Notice that the Utah review that found gender affirming care was safe is ignored.
I think that it is good that you realize the issue with your first post. @nexusproject.bsky.social is doing some great work that I would recommend looking at. And also learning more about Judaism and what it is is always a good start. There are a lot of perspectives & traditions within our religion.
Lasagna bolognese with layers of bechamel, bolognese sauce, homemade pasta, and Parmesan cheese.
Lasagna bolognese ready for dinner tonight!
I mostly focus on a PA perspective and a nonprofit perspective since I don't know as much about political science.
Thank you!
Would you be willing to share your lgbtq politics syllabus?
I would be interested in learning more about how the internal decisions were made to take this route & to align so closely with the right.
I don't think the ADL has really reckoned with how trying to support a small group of conservative donors in the short term has really destroyed their long term credibility, especially with newer organizations coming up and providing an expertise on antisemitism.
Poppy seed rugelach in the front and vanilla cupcakes in the back.
I also made vanillla cupcakes and poppy seed rugelach today.
A sesame and poppy seed six strand challah on a cooling rack.
This week's challah is done and ready. Nate asked for sesame/poppy this week. I think he has some french toast planned for this weekend!
Shabbat shalom
Depends on the relationship. Most poly and consensual open relationships have some discussion but some have a don't ask don't tell approach. But lying outright is usually not part of the agreement... was there even an agreement in this relationship?
I mean MA is already pretty blue but this is a way to seriously drive out any MAHA in the state. You do not come for Dunks, especially their iced coffee.
One of the reasons I was holding off on commenting about the scouting america thing is bc the US Govt has sadly become an unreliable source. They often say things bc they hope by announcing it, it will become true.
things every single republican president of your lifetime has done
- started a war in the middle east
- completely destroyed the economy

My six-strand challah for shabbat tonight. Shabbat shalom everyone!
This is why people are so upset when people say Democrats need to stop focusing on trans issues because it's too woke and people aren't ready for it: we're not talking minor inconvenience here. We're not talking microaggressions
We're talking: they are stripping IDs from trans people
Poster which shows color photo scene of moving, a room with boxes and clothes sitting on the floor, a chair, and the end of a bed (white rails forming a headrest and a mattress with a red cover). The text of the poster is: "Impact (small logo top left)," "According to a new survey by the Movement Advancement Project, approximately 401,000 transgender people have relocated from one U.S. state to another since the 2024 presidential election." "The mass relocations in 2025 due to safety concerns, political conditions, and anti-trans laws nd policies have largely impacted conservative states across the country."

And that many people just copy and paste Christianity means that you are not getting to understand Judaism and how we are impacted by antisemitism & how we experience our lives as Jews.
This is a fantastic thread. One thing to add: Lots of people have trouble understanding Judaism (& zionism) bc they view religion in a Christian or Muslim way. Judaism is a cultural group, people, etc and our relationship with religion/Gd is different. Our philosophies are different.
Congratulations!
I often tell students this!
Clue or Clueless.
Poppy seed & Peach/mango hamentaschen. You can figure out which one Sy folded.
אנחנו הכנו אוזניים המן. שימון אהב "לסיע". הם אפרסק-מנגו ופרג.
We made hamentaschen. Simon loved "to help". They are peach-mango and poppy seed.
Everything topped challah for shabbat.
Everything bagel challah ready. Now time to make a kosher chicken paprikash (so no sour cream). Shabbat shalom everyone.
NGL old me would have created drama but I am at the point right now where I am like... Not worth the effort with this person & I just avoid them. I am trying to protect my peace when something happened to me.

The last day to comment is today! Put in your comments about how these two proposed regulations will harm transgender youth and inject politics into healthcare.
