I think Celeste is one of the most relaxing games I've ever played. The visuals and audio design are very calming. It's a difficult game, but the difficulty is never a source of stress. The calm atmosphere encourages you to keep on going. Minecraft and DKC have a very similar thing going on.

I think learning a hard game and looping a difficult section over and over again is more relaxing than a mindless stroll through an easy game. Maybe I'm the weird one idk.
