The Lv50 skill is what I'm really skeptical about. 1 Party-wide hit of flurry, some bonus dmg, and a "sharp" boost to dmg cap. There's no way it does enough damage to make it worth 12 turn CD I think they just did it to match with Grand Percy

When I get out of silver shard jail I'll get back to you but it looks pretty strong. Spiral Impale gives a Mahira type debuff that makes a dispel every couple of normal attacks. And they went "just get both spear/axe effects" in a level 20 passive
