Eat on a schedule. That works for both gaining or losing weight. Find some snacks and such that you like and are easier enough to eat

But I'd argue that the creative component of furry commissions at least is minimal. Like the pose and characters and feeling have all been decided. The work is more technical, like figure drawing and shading etc.
If I didn't show up to work for 2-3 days for burnout/depression I'd be fired. Much less 6 months. If you take money you have a responsibility to act professionally.
