You have to go 11kph over the speed limit to trigger the cameras though. 11kph is something I think everyone would agree is sensible.

They definitely have protection from white and from black. They probably also reduce mana cost of creatures based on lands you control.

That was my first thought as well, but Jeska, Warrior Adept is Judgment which is Odyssey Block and Phage and Karona are in Onslaught Block.

Also can't be Akroma, Phage, Karona since Akroma and Phage are both in Legions.

I have a brew with Lavinia at the helm that focuses on finding and playing Dream Halls and then combo off while my opponents don't get to join the fun. I haven't built it yet cuz I fell like it'll draw too much hate.
