Playtested the game with friends and family for #nokings day. Most laughed and giggled at the cards and themes. 1 snowflake melted and left early. Uncomfortable at a group mocking the absurdity of the treason they are ok with.

I think the game works perfectly!

Thanks for the heads up. There is a Card Game called Coup, but Coup: A Backstabbing Political Mystery is a parody on Clue and Satire on this moment in US Politics. It is a board game and not a card game and we have different themes and genres.

While this does feel like a @thedailyshow.com or @lastweektonight.com skit - This is indeed a game we are about to launch! Family game nights are about to get interesting....
