Thanks for this. I very briefly touched on this in my IATEFL session on introverts as there appears to be a high correlation between high sensitivity & introversion. Great to see it being included!

I am now £100 out of pocket because YOU cancelled my first flight of a two-leg trip (they were two separate bookings). I've had to rebook and can't get a refund for flight 2 or change it because it only gives me local options. Is this legal under EU legislation?

Fiction every night in bed before I go to sleep. So much so that I can rarely fall asleep if I don't read first. I prefer to read nonfiction in the day. Can't read if the TV is on!
