The Flint Institute of Arts has an exhibition “MI Ink: The Art of Tattoo” highlighting Michigan talent and tattoo history. It’s pretty fun and not what you’d typically see at an art museum. I was so excited to see a What We Do in the Shadows tattoo!

I couldn’t decide which was funnier tonight, a grasshopper jump scaring me or catching a couple in the act, but I was just picking arugula leaves in the near dark when a raccoon came around the corner and we were almost face to face before it took off. I’m not sure which of us was more startled! 🌱
