Leading up to the Olympics break you are going to see the Rangers drop in the standings considerably when the rest of the league starts to catch up on games played. Drury needs to be shopping Panarin everyday to complete a blockbuster (likely 3 team trade) to a team he wants ie Florida/Tampa/Vegas.
Though it is impossible for this to happen, if every team currently below the #NYR in the standings won all of their games in hand over the Rangers in Regulation then the Rangers would be 29th in the league standings.

I'm not defending the gambling companies or the leagues, but athletes who throw games for prop bets should be investigated and punished.
But fans are spending money to attend and watch their favorite sports teams with the expectation that it is not rigged. These athletes are acting in bad faith and the government should police this to protect consumers who give hundreds of billions of dollars per year to professional sports leagues.
