Israel’s military orders residents of four southern Lebanese towns to flee ‘immediately’ Israel’s military has issued another forced displacement order for parts of southern Lebanon, this one directed at four villages in the Nabatieh governorate. In a statement on X, Israel’s Arabic-language spokesman Avichay Adraee urged residents of Arnoun, Yohmor, Al-Sharqiyah and Zawtar al-Gharbiyah to “immediately evacuate” their homes and head to the north of Nabatieh.

We should probably have a long and frank discussion about the concept of forcing evacuations in countries you're actively engaged in bombing and dropping white phosphorous on.

I mean, I talk a lot about how everyone is bending over backwards to make AI seem inevitable, but this is pretty intense.
