I’m watching Lioness again. This show is so good. I can’t wait for season three.

I don’t really enjoy running but I enjoy races. I need to run more to get better at races. But i will run a mile and be done. What is this logic.

I fully believe that gym equipment breaks cause people have to ego lift.

The race photos from the other day just humbled me that I still have so much work to do. While I may feel smaller, I still see that 300+ lb person.

I don’t want to feel like a race snob but if you simply go to Amazon to buy race medals, no customization, etc…. It makes me feel a way. 🫣🫣

That 10K was not the best. Not officially timed, course was muddy and wet. Cheap medals. I was over it and completed the 5K. I did feel good when someone said they were pacing me.

I have a new gym and I feel motivated to work out! Cause i was tired of the campus rec. Im tired of working out around students.

I have a 10K race this weekend and I’m so unprepared. Pup got spayed so I haven’t been able to work out much or run. 😭

New jacket. Weight loss sure feels really good sometimes.

I really need to get an off campus gym. I want access to more equipment. I think that’d help my motivation.

I feel like I don’t run as much as I should while preparing for races. I still feel like the 330lb person struggling to get in shape. I’m down 94 lbs and body dysmorphia finds its way to disrupt my motivation.
