There are many currencies such as XRP and Solana that do minimal damage to the environment (less than google or the internet in general)
Also if there is no rug pull there is no theft - so with all this in mind do you think the art community will accept NFTs ever? I think AI is the true enemy.
I wonder when nfts won’t be seen as an evil anymore - when devs use them like this I see it as a crowdfunding mechanic. It’s not like they rug pulled anyone right? The game is complete.
