Was inspired by the rejection posts so I got one myself. Excited to see what the APSA Teaching Fellows contribute.
Rejection is part of the process. You're valid for feeling emotions, but we all get the big NO once in a while.

My experience: Polisci jobs are put up July/August en masse, are filled throughout the new year till Feb/March, and then there's a bit of a fallow period until the new AY.
