Classifying a zipline as a tourist operation is more accurate than classifying it as a transport depot&distribution. I would suggest a tourist operation classification is the common sense response. Wellington Park Management Plan states this kind of operation is prohibited in the recreation zone.

Next workshop we’ll discuss Tasmanian Hockey Centre Master Plan. Range of potential options will be discussed. Consider whether suitable residential amenity (medium density, affordable housing) can be provided, whilst continuing primary use as a state level sporting facility.
