Broke my lifetime pull up record. I was able to do 12 reps earlier. I probably could have done 13, so I will try for that next time!

It is crazy, because I have lifted weights for a over a decade. It is only since changing my routine to do more calisthenics and stretching that I have made gains.

Been taking gymnastics for a few months now, and I am getting even more agile! There is something so satisfying about being in my 30's while rolling around, tumbling and flipping all over the dang place.

Most importantly, it is simply FUN!
