This is not a drill. It's time to make phone calls, send emails, write letters and most importantly - be heard. We can not allow this attack on Colorado's working class to pass.

Even before Senator Amabile became a Senator, back in 2016, she spoke with Colorado Business for a Fair Minimum Wage as a business owner and declared: "Raising the minimum wage is good for business."

Sadly, Sen. Judy Amabile doesn't agree with Business Owner Judy Amabile.

Senator Judy Amabile was asked by the Boulder Weekly in their 2024 questionnaire for candidates: Do you support local efforts to increase the minimum wage? She answered: Yes.

Apparently in 2025 that doesn't apply to tipped workers.

Sen. Amabile recently answered a question about the economy in the Yellow Scene Magazine 2024 Election Guide.

This was part of her answer: "We should have local control over minimum wage, and wages have to come up."

Something is not adding up here and it's not about the tips.

Meet Sen. Judy Amabile, currently the only Senate sponsor of HB1208. Her bill would reduce incomes by thousands of dollars for tipped workers - especially in her district. #copolitics

Let's see what she has said in the past about the minimum wage & who should control it.🧡

The Colorado Restaurant Association is straight up lying about the impacts of HB25-1208.

This bill will cause tipped workers across Colorado to lose thousands of dollars per year in income.

Proposed Colorado Law Would Cut Base Wages for Denver's Tipped Employees The law is meant to help struggling restaurants "stop the bleeding." Critics argue it shifts the pain onto struggling workers.

Senator Amabile (D), Representative Valdez (D), and Representative Woodrow (D) have a plan to address the cost of living crisis in Colorado.

They want to CUT wages for tipped workers.

We have a very different plan: Eliminate poverty by providing all workers a living wage.

Governor Polis, the entire Front Range is within the highest 20% of disaster risk as a result of climate change.

It's a threat to public and private property, our safety, and the lives of Colorado residents.

It's time to issue a climate emergency before disaster strikes again. #copolitics
